Kitchens can be so tiresome and un-handy to have done. But Stevens made the best out of a bad situation, and we've been so happy having it finished. “After purchasing a condo in Park City with good friends in August of 2003, my job was to find a contractor, demo and rebuild the interior and have it ready for the upcoming ski season. With 20 years experience in the interior design field, I knew it was possible but not probable. Finding the right contractor would be the key.
My husband and I hired Stevens General Contractors because we liked them, we liked their enthusiasm, and we liked their approach to “design-build”. Brett Stevens was not afraid to help me design an interior that was unique and custom. Although our time frame was tight, the design details were not overlooked, and our budget stayed in-tacked. Our partners were not only surprised that they were skiing by Christmas, they were thrilled and delighted by the overall beauty of the interior.
The following year, we threw out another major challenge to Brett. Could he and his team help redesign and remodel our kitchen and wine area in Solana Beach, California? Without hesitation, he said “yes” and the following December we were e-mailing design sketches, details and budgets back and forth. After 6 weeks of design development, Brett and his team arrived in Solana Beach and started demolition. LESS than 5 weeks later I had a beautiful new custom kitchen and wine serving area. It’s hard to believe it when you see it, but it’s true.
We will hire Stevens General Contractors again and we will recommend their services to anyone, in and out of the state of Utah. They are honest, reliable, and great people to work with.”
